The pending arrival of a baby is a wonderful time! It doesn’t matter what the circumstances, when a new baby comes into the world, it is a true miracle. As is expected, much of the focus in the delivery room is on the woman. After all, she is the one who is enduring the pain of childbirth. What many people don’t consider is that the men in the delivery room have their own issues as well.

Existing literature demonstrates a positive relationship between advertising and subsequent mutual fund flows. While this relationship is hardly unexpected, it has only been addressed in a limited fashion. This work seeks to explore the issue in greater depth by examining both fixed income and equity funds, by separating load and no-load funds, and by using a richer empirical model. Our findings support the accepted relationship in general, but indicate that the response by investors differs between fund types (equity vs. fixed income) and the direct (no-load) and broker-sold (load) markets. Finally, we provide evidence that earlier findings are contingent upon the sample of funds selected as well as the empirical specification.

This work proposes an approach to remote learning of robotic cells based on internet and simulation
tools. The proposed approach, which integrates remote-learning and tele-operation into a generic
scheme, is designed to enable students and developers to set-up and manipulate a robotic cell remotely.
Its implementation is based on a dedicated website that supports a full three-dimensional simulation
and a manual online control of the cell. The website provides high flexibility for making changes in
the design of the work area, independent of the user’s location. The website can be used to further
integrate full-scale remote learning labs in collaboration with other organizations.

This paper provides a complete comprehensive integrated paperless database application called OTDA “Operating Theaters Design Analyzer “this application is used to ensure compliance with more than eight international standard integrated with each other. Also, we can use this application for applying and receiving many of famous accreditation for hospitals as, “ ISO 9001:2008 “International Organization for Standardization”[1], JCI “Joint Commission International”[2], LEED “Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design” [3] also, we can apply many of latest trends in operating theater design, it helps the owners of health care facilities or those who are interested in this area to identify and solve the problems in the operating theatre design, providing the maximum benefit for maximum number of patients arriving to the operating theatre, better quality for the patient care, patient safety. Both the present as well as future needs will be kept in mind while planning. The experiment shows that the evaluation of planning an operating theater can be done in less than 30 minute. This approach can be effectively used in real world in hospitals, leading to significant improvements.
